Terms of use
What is agreed between you and the publisher of Azetta.
Purpose
Azetta is a training and nutrition tracking app. These terms apply to the app, to this site and to the Azetta account.
The account
The account is personal. You answer for what is done with it, and you can delete it whenever you like.
The free trial
Premium can be tried for free: 7 days with the monthly plan, 14 days with the yearly one. Your card is asked for when the trial starts, but nothing is charged while it runs. One trial per person. If you cancel before it ends, from your account, nothing is charged and the account falls back to the free features; your data stays. Otherwise the chosen subscription starts the day after the trial ends, and the first amount is charged that day.
The subscription
The Premium subscription opens the features listed on the pricing page, for the period paid for. It renews until it is stopped.
Prices
The prices in force are those shown on the pricing page when you subscribe. The subscription is taken on this website only; the App Store and Google Play are only for downloading the app.
Price changes
A price may change, never in the middle of a period already paid for. You are told by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to your renewal. If it does not suit you, cancel before that date; otherwise the renewal happens at the new price.
Cancelling the subscription
The subscription is stopped on this website:
- Bought on this site: from the « My account » page, in one click. It runs to the end of the period already paid for, then stops renewing.
Right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union, you have fourteen days to withdraw from a subscription bought on this site, without giving a reason and without penalty: just write to us from the contact page. But the subscription starts the moment you take it: by subscribing, you expressly ask for that immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully supplied. If you withdraw before then, the part already used remains payable, in proportion to the days elapsed. The free trial costs nothing, so the fourteen days run from the first charge. Contact
The community
What you post is yours and binds you. Insulting, hateful, misleading or health-endangering content is taken down, and the account that posted it may be closed.
Intellectual property
The app, this site, their code, their design, their texts, their images and the name Azetta belong to the publisher. The subscription gives you the right to use the app, not to copy it, resell it, decompile it or build a competing service from it. The exercise data, the food data and the fonts come from third parties under their own licences, credited on the About page. What you write, photograph and post stays yours: by posting it on the wall, you only allow us to show it inside the app, for as long as you leave it there.
Health
Azetta gives general training advice. It is not a medical service, and it does not replace a professional opinion. In case of pain, injury, pregnancy or illness, ask for medical advice before following a programme.
Liability
The app is provided as it is. The publisher does what it takes to make it work, without guaranteeing that it is free of every error or that the server is always available.
Closing the account
You can close your account whenever you like. We may only close it for a serious reason: unpaid dues, fraud, content removed again and again, or use that puts the service or other members at risk. Except in an emergency, you are told first and may explain yourself. On closure, the part of the subscription paid for and unused is refunded where the closure does not come from you, and your data is erased as the deletion page says. Were Azetta to shut down, you would be told at least 30 days beforehand, with a way to export your data. Delete my account
If a clause falls
If a clause of these terms turns out to be void or unenforceable, it is replaced by the legal rule closest to its intent, and everything else keeps applying.
Complaints and disputes
Write to us first, from the contact page: it is the quickest way, and we answer within 30 days. If that is not enough and you live in the European Union, you may turn to an approved alternative dispute resolution body in your country — the European online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and no longer stands in for those bodies. The courts remain open in every case, and nothing here takes away your right to bring a case where you live when the law guarantees it. Contact
Changes
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published here, with its date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the place of jurisdiction is Geneva. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protection of your own country’s law and may go to the court where you live.
